Your Responsibilities
- You will become an expert in machine search and provide top-notch customer service as a brand ambassador for our international new customers.
- You will offer our European customers exceptional customer service and support at all times.
- You will verify and maintain customer data.
- You will create new data sets according to internal guidelines.
- You will ensure that you stay up-to-date with current quality standards for user accounts.
- You will assist our customers in managing their company data.
Your Profile
- You have a completed degree in economics or humanities, or a related field, with good grades.
- You bring ideal experience in service, sales, quality assurance, or complaint management.
- Your German and English skills are excellent in both spoken and written form (additional language skills are an asset).
- You are a communication talent and demonstrate a self-assured and diplomatic approach.
- You have a high affinity for digital business models and show a proficient use of Microsoft Office.
