About the Role

The Voith Group is a global technology company with a strong presence in the energy, paper, raw materials, and transport & automotive sectors. As a Project Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our projects and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Review customers' specifications and compare them to our standards to identify main relationships and differences.
  • Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans, QS, and MGS.
  • Support the development of project-specific sourcing and manufacturing strategies, ensuring that all relevant quality activities and requirements are considered.
  • Facilitate and review project-specific Design & Process FMEAs, verification and validation reports, and ensure proper method application, risk analysis, and action implementation.
  • Conduct process audits and verifications within the company to ensure quality is being incorporated in processes.
  • Drive and facilitate continuous improvement activities within the company based on project-specific data analysis.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material, as applicable) or equivalent.
  • Relevant work experience in Quality Management & Quality Engineering, with experience in Hydro MEGA/Complex Projects an advantage.
  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge in business processes, as well as in non-quality functions like Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Purchasing.
  • 1st (Internal) and 2nd (Supplier) party auditor qualification according to ISO Certification as Lead Auditor is an advantage.
  • Qualification in electrical, dimensional, NDT testing, and Good Lean Management is an advantage.
  • English fluency, written and spoken, with additional languages an advantage.
  • Strong analytical expertise, result-oriented, solution-driven, and customer-oriented working principle.
  • Experienced and willing to work and cooperate in cross-functional teams.
