About the Role

The Voith Group is a global technology company with a strong presence in the energy, paper, raw materials, and transport & automotive sectors. As a Project Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our projects and processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review customers' specifications and compare them to our standards to identify key relationships and differences.
  • Develop and review project-specific Quality Plans and documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans, QS, and MGS.
  • Support the development of project-specific sourcing and manufacturing strategies, ensuring that all relevant quality activities and requirements are considered.
  • Facilitate and review project-specific Design & Process FMEAs, verification and validation reports, and ensure proper method application, risk analysis, and action implementation.
  • Ensure quality is incorporated in processes through process audits and verifications within the Voith Group.
  • Drive and facilitate continuous improvement activities within the Voith Group based on project-specific data analysis.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material, or equivalent).
  • Relevant work experience in Quality Management & Quality Engineering, with experience in Hydro MEGA/Complex Projects an advantage.
  • Strong analytical expertise, result-oriented, solution-driven, and customer-oriented working principle.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages an advantage.
