Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Quality Assurance Specialist to support our Division Hydro as a key member of our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review customers' specifications, legal requirements, and compare them to our standards to identify main relationships and differences, ensuring proper requirements' management and compliance.
  • Develop and review project-specific Quality Plans and documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans, QS, and MGS.
  • Support the development of project-specific sourcing and manufacturing strategies and schedules, ensuring all relevant quality activities and requirements are considered and consistent with the strategies.
  • Support, facilitate, review, and release project-specific Design & Process FMEAs, verification and validation reports, ensuring proper method application, risk analysis, and classification.
  • Ensure quality is incorporated in processes through process audits and verifications within our company and based on project-specific data analysis.
  • Drive, support, and facilitate continuous improvement activities within our company based on project-specific data analysis.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material, as applicable) or equivalent.
  • Relevant work experience in Quality Management & Quality Engineering, with experience in Hydro MEGA/Complex Projects being an advantage.
  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge in business processes and non-quality functions like Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Purchasing.
  • 1st (Internal) and 2nd (Supplier) party auditor qualification according to ISO. Certification as Lead Auditor is an advantage.
  • Qualification in electrical, dimensional, NDT testing, and Good Lean Management is an advantage.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, with additional languages being an advantage.
  • Strong analytical expertise, result-oriented, solution-driven, and customer-oriented working principles.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and a willingness to cooperate.
