Überblick über die Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Supply Chain Manager, der unsere Logistik- und Produktionsprozesse optimieren und sicherstellen kann, dass unsere Produkte pünktlich und in der richtigen Menge an unsere Kunden gelangen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Planung und Abwicklung von Bestellvorgängen in SAP
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten internen Abteilungen und externen Geschäftspartnern
  • Organisierung von Transporten und Pflege der Stammsätze und der Dispositionsparameter in SAP
  • Lagerbestandspflege sowie Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit und der optimalen Lagerbestände
  • Kontrolle und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur
  • Unterstützung bei Analyse und Reportings zur Verfolgung und Verbesserung business-relevanter KPIs (Lost Net Sales, OTIF, etc.)
Voraussetzungen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise haben Sie erste Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain oder in einem Supply Chain nahen Bereich
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Einen sehr guten Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und SAP
  • Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen
