We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jobsolutions GmbH. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials from our warehouse to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the preparation of shipping documents and export papers in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Plan and execute the delivery of goods and materials from our warehouse to our customers
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Coordinate the pickup of goods and materials from suppliers and transporters
- Select and use suitable packaging materials for the transportation of goods and materials
- Monitor and control internal and external logistics processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Have a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
- A competitive salary of €3,000 - €3,500 per month
