About the Role
We are seeking a strong leader to manage the media supply and project development at the Nienburg Industrial Park. The media supply includes water supply and treatment, instrument air generation, gas-fired steam boilers, and steam distribution. Additionally, the role involves heat supply for building heating, wastewater treatment, and gas supply with a transfer station.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Energy and Media Supply department on a technical and disciplinary level.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the strategic and organizational development of the company.
- Maintain close communication with the management and other departments.
- Manage technical investment projects at the site, working closely with engineers from various departments.
Your Profile
- You hold a technical degree with a focus on supply technology, process technology, energy technology, project management, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring experience in technical planning and project management, as well as proficiency in working with key performance indicators.
- You have already gained experience in disciplinary and technical leadership.
- You have good English language skills.
- You are motivated to proactively contribute to our company goals and are willing to take on special tasks.
- Experience in the rail industry is desirable but not a requirement.
