About the Role

Project A Ventures is seeking an experienced Chief Growth Strategy Director to join our Marketing team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will lead transformative marketing projects that drive meaningful impact across a portfolio of tech and 'Mittelstand' companies.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for the companies we work with across a wide range of industries, geographies, and business models.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our portfolio companies, offering expertise in growth opportunities and marketing trends, channels, and platforms.
  • Communicate progress, results, and strategic adjustments effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients onsite to oversee project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the current marketing setups and ensure recommendations are understood and acted upon.
  • Consult with portfolio companies to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Optimize channels, test landing pages, and creatives to align with key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition, return on investment, and return on ad spend.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive growth.
Your Profile
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B and B2C Growth Marketing, ideally in an agency or consultancy.
  • A solid understanding of and experience managing different growth channels and platforms.
  • Confidence in working with numbers and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with relevant AI and automation technologies.
  • The ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work with corporate, SMB, and startup clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both German and English.
