Job Title: Chief Revenue Growth Officer

About Us:

DemoUp Cliplister is revolutionizing the retail landscape with innovative solutions like video, augmented reality, and user-generated content. We combine content creation services with a state-of-the-art digital asset management platform and content syndication.

Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Growth Officer to drive revenue growth, lead our sales team, and expand our global market presence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth, identify market opportunities, and set sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our global market presence.
  • Lead and manage our high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
  • Establish performance metrics for the sales team and track progress, implementing strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure efficient and effective sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze data and think strategically.
  • Proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
