We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer & Services Student. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Projects: You will be responsible for managing your own customer projects, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Technical Setups: You will set up and configure payroll integrations in customer accounts, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Customer Support: You will provide top-notch customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Knowledge Management: You will contribute to the development of knowledge articles and presentations, sharing your expertise with the team and ensuring consistency in our customer-facing communications.

Your Learnings:

Requirements:
