Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

At Red Bull, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in our supply chain and customer support team. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Reconciliation Requests: Independently handle customer reconciliation requests and investigate the justification for the requests.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create weekly and monthly reports on the current status of reconciliation requests and highlight any deviations from target values (KPIs).
  • Consumer Complaints: Handle consumer complaints independently and create weekly and monthly reports on the current status of complaints and highlight any deviations from target values (KPIs).
  • Process Improvement: Contribute proactively to process improvements and support the review and sending of invoices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for details.
  • Numerical competence.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Travel readiness 0-10%.
