Job Description

At Remote Team Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through outbound phone sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and past customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to educate customers on their options and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate call notes and records using our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with our service team to resolve any customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
