We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Director - Real Asset to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring new institutional clients and asset managers, both nationally and internationally
  • Developing and processing a potential client list, leveraging your expertise in market practices and AI products
  • Conceptualizing and executing sales presentations, workshops, and events to showcase our services
  • Negotiating offers, agreements, and conditions with clients, ensuring seamless execution
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, and client requirements, providing valuable insights to our team
  • Collaborating with our marketing department to conceptualize and execute target group-specific events
  • Maintaining and expanding our business partner network, fostering strong relationships

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Several years of experience in selling investment funds at a capital management company or asset manager, with a deep understanding of market practices, especially AI products in an international context
  • Completed studies in economics or a comparable field, with a strong foundation in asset management
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and a self-starter mindset
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and tight deadlines
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Confident demeanor, service orientation, and strong communication skills
  • High ability to work in a team, with a strong willingness to travel nationally and internationally
