About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our team as a Project Management Office Support. As a key member of our team, you will assist our project managers in a project management office role, providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate staffing records for project team members in relevant systems.
  • Support project controlling tasks, including margin and budget management.
  • Manage customer JIRA, ensuring timely updates and accurate progress tracking.
  • Prepare and send acceptance documents to customers, following up on their status.
  • Upload cPro documents and maintain product standards in Sirius.
  • Support SteerCo preparation and team meeting organization.
  • Contribute to development tasks and upload binding documentation in customer Confluence.
  • Monitor schedules and maintain sprints in Outlook.
Requirements
  • Student (f/m/d) at a university (applied sciences, business administration, media, design).
  • Preferred fields of study: business informatics, business economics, media, design, and related fields.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and experience with ISP, FELIPE, and JIRA.
  • Business-level written and spoken English and German skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
