At SAP, we're committed to helping the world run better. As a Working Student in our UX & Product Success team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our User Experience & Product Success department in day-to-day activities.
Your tasks will include:
- Assisting UX Designers and UX Researchers with their daily tasks to gain hands-on experience in product design.
- Creating and updating learning content and materials for cross-organizational projects and topics to enhance team effectiveness.
- Collaborating with a global team, different departments, customers, and end-users.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a student with a passion for design and a strong understanding of the design process. Preferred skills include:
- Student status at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Art or Design Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design/Engineering, or similar.
- Preferred computer skills: Figma, Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools like MURAL and FigJam.
- Language skills: Fluent English and German required (written and spoken).
- Soft skills: Hands-on, reliable, creative, able to work independently, and focused on results.
- Solid understanding of the design process and related methodologies: User Research, Usability Testing, and Prototyping in all kinds of fidelities.
About the Team
Our Industry Product Engineering (IPE) team accelerates customer success through end-to-end customer engagement, defining, building, and maintaining products. We foster SAP's cloud strategy, reinventing businesses by building new, industry-specific applications for strategic markets on BTP, providing customers with essential solutions for their business transformation.
The new 'UX & Product Success' unit at SAP Industries & CX focuses on improving the user experience and product success of Industries & CX software solutions. This department works closely with development teams from IPE and customers to design intuitive and results-oriented products.
As a member of the Industry Cloud UX Team working from within UX & Product Success, you'll support our expertise throughout the human-centered design process to build highly differentiating and intelligent industry solutions across various industries.
What You'll Need to Apply
