OverviewThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in the premium or high-end consumer goods sector. They will be responsible for developing an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's premium positioning and managing campaigns from research and outreach to execution.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to elevate the intersection of art and digital marketing.
- Create new ideas for storytelling and campaign concepts that reflect the brand's premium aesthetics.
- Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with physical products in the premium or high-end consumer goods sector.
- Strong sense of design, storytelling, and visualization of premium campaigns.
- Data-driven approach with solid understanding of community management and campaign analysis.
- A stable, sustainable business model with no venture capital or private equity.
- Short decision-making processes and big creative freedom.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
