About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Wayfair. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Apple.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ad Tech, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Intelligence, to drive innovation and business growth.
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to inform marketing decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as math, sciences, engineering, economics, or business.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
