About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Wayfair. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Apple.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study, such as math, sciences, engineering, economics, or business.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy with an analytical emphasis.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results and improvement.
- Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
