Stellenbeschreibung:

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Radio Network Planning Specialist, der unsere Radio-Netzplanung und -projektierung unterstützen kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Planung und Projektierung von großen Netzausbaumaßnahmen im Radio-Netz
  • Planung und Projektierung von Radio-Maßnahmen für Kund:innen-Projekte
  • Arbeit an der Planung und Projektierung von Maßnahmen im Radio-Netz im Hinblick auf E2E-Performance, Kostenreduzierung (CAPEX, OPEX) sowie Qualitätsverbesserung in enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Planungsgruppen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Netzausbaustrategien und Planungskonzepten
  • Planung und Koordination von Maßnahmen innerhalb von Transformationsprojekten im Radio-Netz
  • Arbeit an der Erstellung und dem Review von Anforderungen an Prozesse, Planungs- und Dokumentationstools

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Netzplanung und/oder Projektleitung in der Telekommunikationsbranche
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Radio-Netzes und der eingesetzten Technologien sowie der Netzinfrastruktur
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungstools
  • Gute Präsentationstechnik, Repräsentation und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, theoretisches Wissen im konkreten Fall nutzbringend anzuwenden
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Dienstleistungsdenken und Belastbarkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
