Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will support the FP&A manager in leading the budgeting process for our largest project in Germany, spanning 10 years.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and analyzing sales and cost information for the 1&1 project, providing reliable performance data to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the tech team to build the information infrastructure, leveraging advanced Excel skills and leadership in improving operational efficiency.
  • Supporting the FP&A manager in doing analysis tasks related to the performance of the 1&1 project, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborating with each section of the 1&1 project, HQ, and related departments to plan and execute the budget.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Accounting knowledge of IFRS and basic IT skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Providing reliable performance data from a financial and accounting perspective.
  • Collaborating with the tech team to build the information infrastructure.
  • Supporting the FP&A manager in leading the budgeting process for the 1&1 project.
