About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Planner to join our team at Live Reply GmbH. As a Network Planner, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing fiber optic networks for our telecommunications clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Planning: Develop detailed plans for fiber optic networks, including route planning, network architecture, and infrastructure design.
  • Cost Estimation: Create accurate cost estimates for network projects, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that network plans meet quality standards and are implemented on time.
  • Field Service Coordination: Coordinate with field service teams to ensure successful network implementation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network plans and implementations, serving as a reference for future projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in planning passive telecommunications network infrastructure.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with system technology and modern telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of GIS applications and various documentation tools (e.g., Amdocs Cramer, MEGAPLAN, AND, FNT, IQGeo) is an asset.
  • Soft Skills: Proactivity, structure, analytical skills, and a strong technical understanding are essential.
  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in German and English, with the ability to travel nationally.
