About the Role

Paretos GmbH is a leading AI-based decision intelligence platform that empowers businesses to make data-driven decisions. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the DACH region and beyond.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region and beyond
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct online demos and sales presentations to showcase our platform and value proposition
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong sales and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Fluent in German and English
