Electrical Device Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Device Regulatory Expert to join our Global Product Stewardship (GPS) team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with electrical industry norms and regulations throughout the product development process.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all electrical devices meet or exceed regulatory requirements, including those related to safety, performance, and environmental impact.
- Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, to incorporate GPS-related inputs from testing to global launch of electrical devices.
- External Representation: Represent P&G;'s position on electrical device regulation changes in standard committee meetings and engagements with regulatory bodies.
- Collaboration: Work with global SMO GPS teams and distributors to align development needs with market introduction and address regulatory-related questions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about regulatory changes, interpretations, and industry trends to influence electrical regulations and develop compliant products.
- A degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a similar field.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to engage and energize partners across functions and external business partners.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to represent P&G; in meetings with regulators and service providers.
- Decisiveness, with the ability to work independently, analyze information, make decisions, and follow through with confidence.
- Industry awareness, with a strong understanding of the dynamic business category.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present complex regulatory information effectively.
- German language skills are a plus.
