MAM Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Software Developer to join their dynamic and ever-evolving environment. As a key member of their development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare.

Your Role:
  • Lead a development team spread across multiple locations, providing disciplinary guidance and fostering agile practices.
  • Navigate a dynamic work environment, driving team-wide and individual employee development initiatives.
  • Contribute to management functions, including training software developers from diverse departments.
  • Exhibit a passion for process improvement and lead proactive change efforts.
Your Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in software team management, preferably with international exposure.
  • Education in fields such as IT application development, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or corporate environments is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in German with good command of English.
  • Motivational demeanor, willingness to travel, and a commitment to quality and accountability.
