Regional Partner Manager - Cloud Communications Specialist

RingCentral is a leading global cloud-based communications provider, and we're looking for a skilled Regional Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Channel Sales department, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through our partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans with new Regional Partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Regional Partner teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Create and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for Regional Partners.
  • Understand partner business needs and enhance their value proposition through RingCentral services.
  • Coordinate training, marketing, and enablement programs with new distribution and master agents.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver on company goals.
  • Recruit, sign, and manage Partnerships with new Regional Partners.
  • Develop and expand C-Level relationships with Regional Partners to increase sales and market share while maintaining profitability.
  • Drive requirements and develop sales tools and materials for Partners.
  • Serve as an internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Exceed revenue objectives.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience working with channel partners and IT distribution.
  • Previous experience in cloud communications, UCaaS, and CCaaS is a plus.
  • Successful track record in growing Regional Partner revenues.
  • Ability to build relationships with and influence C-Level decision makers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • BA/BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
