Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DC Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team in Essen, Germany. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the stability and maintenance of our high-power charging network, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the high-power charging network, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve network efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Provide proactive and transparent communication to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-mobility operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
