Operations Manager NOC

As a key member of our E.ON Drive GmbH team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and smooth operation of our high-power charging network for a major OEM customer in the German market.

Your primary focus will be on operating our DC chargers, managing customer requests, and proactively communicating with customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the charger infrastructure in accordance with industry legislation and regulatory frameworks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, as well as experience in the e-mobility industry or customer services.

You will also need to be able to problem-solve effectively, prioritize tasks collaboratively, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • University degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Experience in e-mobility industry or customer services
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively
