About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin, Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full sales cycles, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German (native speaker preferred) and good English command
  • A go-to-market mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share
