Establish a high-performing global sales development team at Talon GmbH, leading enterprise promotion solutions.

About the Role:

Talon GmbH is a leading provider of innovative promotion and loyalty automation solutions. We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to spearhead our sales development initiatives and drive the execution of our Allbound business development strategy in partnership with our VP Marketing.

This role reports to our VP Marketing and offers flexibility, with options to be based in Berlin (hybrid) or work remotely from London.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
  • Serve as the critical bridge between Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful pipeline conversion
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation and close rates from both marketing and SDR-generated opportunities
  • Implement and maintain rigorous sales hygiene standards and processes
  • Drive the execution of our Allbound business development strategy in partnership with VP Marketing
  • Oversee early-stage selling and positioning of Talon GmbH's solutions
  • Design and execute innovative multi-channel outreach strategies including digital campaigns, email sequences, cold calling programs, event-based initiatives, custom marketing tactics, and more
  • Manage targeted outreach to accounts matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Coordinate with Marketing to leverage insights and use cases for tiered account targeting
  • Optimize inbound lead management processes and ensure excellent first impressions for prospective customers
  • Develop and track key performance metrics for the SDR team
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of B2B sales development experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound business development motions
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM management
  • Excellence in early-stage selling and solution positioning
  • Track record of successful collaboration with Marketing teams
  • Experience in technology/SaaS sales development
  • Demonstrated success in multi-channel outreach campaign design
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
