Senior Full Stack Developer for Globalization HCM Payroll

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our SAP Globalization Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution and its localized versions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop microservice-based architecture for our Payroll solution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage AI and optimize business processes
  • Take ownership of feature development from design to deployment
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
  • Collaborate with development teams and product management to meet localization requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on agile environments
  • Strong programming skills, with experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll/TimeManagement solutions
  • Experience with ABAP or JAVA development for business and transaction logic
  • Proven track record of successful project/product performance
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
