Senior Full Stack Developer for Globalization HCM Payroll

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Full Stack Developer to join our SAP Globalization Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solution and its localized versions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using the latest technologies, including microservice development architecture and Business AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage AI and optimize processes.
- Take ownership of features from design and development through to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality results.
- Design solutions to complex problems and requirements, working closely with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, sharing expertise and best practices with the team.
- Collaborate with multiple product teams, both locally and remotely, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a developer role, with expertise in software architecture design, building, and distributing software tools and solutions in an agile environment.
- Strong programming and analytical skills, with experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll/Time Management solutions a significant advantage.
- Extensive experience in the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Experience with ABAP or JAVA development for business and transaction logic (J2EE, etc.).
- Proven track record of successful project/product performance, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality deliverables, and on-time delivery.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
