Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Senior Globalization Developer, der sich unserer Mission und unserer Kultur anschließt. Als Teil unseres Entwicklungsteams werden Sie an der Entwicklung von Lösungen für die globale Marktführer in der ERP-Software (Enterprise Resource Planning) mitwirken. Sie werden sich auf die Entwicklung von Lösungen für die Lokalisierung und Internationalisierung von Produkten konzentrieren und dabei die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden berücksichtigen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung von Lösungen für die Lokalisierung und Internationalisierung von Produkten
  • Kooperation mit dem Kunden und dem internen Supportteam
  • Unterstützung von strategischen Projekten wie der HCM-Lösung für S/4 HANA
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für alle Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Wartung

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor-, Master-, oder Diplomabschluss oder Promotion in Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung bevorzugt
  • Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse (idealerweise in ABAP) sowie ein sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • HCM und Payroll Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Schnelles Lernvermögen und hohe Auffassungsgabe, um betriebswirtschaftliche Anforderungen abzubilden
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind unbedingte Voraussetzung
