About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll software, which supports over 20 million employees worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement software solutions for payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Support strategic projects, such as the HCM solution for S/4 HANA, to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and product maintenance to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's, master's, or diploma degree in computer science, economics, natural sciences, or similar fields.
  • Good programming skills, with ABAP a plus, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn new things quickly and a high level of comprehension for mapping business requirements.
  • High level of quality awareness and reliability.
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills, combined with an independent working style.
  • Proficiency in Dutch language – both written and verbal.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development.
  • HCM know-how is a plus.
