About the Role

SAP is seeking a skilled Intermediate Developer HCM Specialist to join our team in St. Leon-Rot. As a key member of our Human Capital Management (HCM) team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our payroll software for the French market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement software solutions for payroll processing and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design software solutions
  • Test and maintain existing software applications to ensure high-quality and reliability
  • Support strategic projects such as the HCM solution for S/4 HANA

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, master's, or diploma degree in computer science, economics, natural sciences, or similar fields
  • Good programming skills (ABAP is a plus) and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new things quickly and a high level of comprehension for mapping business requirements
  • High level of quality awareness and reliability
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills, combined with an independent working style
  • Proficiency in French language – Both written and verbal
  • Good English Language skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
  • HCM knowhow is a plus
