About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Melexis. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in managing all activities for product development and innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitor the development of application-specific standard products (ASSPs) in the field of Melexis inductive & magnetic position sensors portfolio for automotive and industrial applications.
- Steer technical discussions and decision-making in cooperation with technical leaders.
- Be responsible for the project schedule, resource planning, and the control of the project budget.
- Coordinate the main activities of your project team and act as an interface between the different domains necessary to achieve success in the product development.
About You
- An engineering bachelor or master degree in electronics, microelectronics, or a comparable field.
- Effective internal and external communication skills at various organizational levels.
- Technical background in the automotive, IC, and/or sensor development.
- Strong risk mindset and ability to balance potential risks vs time and budget.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
