Your Role as a Construction Project Leader

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects within the Dresden region, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for:

  • Project Execution: Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of construction projects, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

Your Background and Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of success in turnkey construction projects. Your qualifications should include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Significant practical experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably within the high-rise and industrial construction sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contract law (VOB and BGB) and occupational safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using construction-specific IT applications, such as iTWO.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
