Project Manager for Engineering Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering Competence Center in Dresden. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage project engineers and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the project plan.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, precision engineering, or a similar field.
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a mechatronic or industrialization context.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
