Job Summary

VTU Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their requirements
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
