Project Manager - Semiconductor Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of projects and delivering results to our clients in the semiconductor industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in semiconductor frontend (Fabs) or backend (Assy & Test) factories, with a proven track record of improving shop floor performance. You will be expected to create a plan of action to deliver concrete results, considering a fixed timeline and evaluated risks.

As a Project Manager, you will also be responsible for managing people, driving client teams to deliver results, and being an effective leader and communicator. You will need to be flexible with travel and work location, as projects may vary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet client expectations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Strong semiconductor operational experience within a fab/assembly environment
  • Excellent production management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible with working location
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in microelectronics engineering or industrial engineering
