Job Description
We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator in full-time position. The Staffing department is a central service provider for the management of all matters related to the composition of project teams for upcoming customer projects. The goals are to identify available employees and their allocation to new projects, optimal project staffing and utilization, and ensuring the continuous professional development of employees. The position can be filled at our headquarters in Frankfurt or at one of our offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, or Munich. Remote work is also possible.
Responsibilities
- Operative support of the Staffing Managers in communication with project managers, e.g., by actively inquiring about the status of requests and deadlines.
- Support in quality assurance and data maintenance regarding completeness and up-to-dateness.
- Promotion of skills, deployment data, and general data for resource planning, e.g., available employee days considering planned absences.
- Coordination of internal tasks and training for employees.
- Tracking of deployment and topic wishes of employees in cooperation with the respective line managers.
- Support in the development and testing of the company's central data basis and analysis tools for deployment planning.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree.
- Practical experience in project work is an advantage.
- Proficient use of common MS Office products (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking, further language skills are desirable.
- Independent, responsible, and meticulous working style.
- Conscientiousness, attention to detail, and resilience.
- Communication and coordination skills, as well as joy in internal customer contact.
