Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at d-fine. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the management of our project teams, ensuring the optimal composition and utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational support to Staffing Managers in communicating with project leaders, including proactive inquiry of management on the status of requests and deadlines.
  • Support in quality control and data maintenance regarding completeness and accuracy.
  • Promoting skills, deployment data, and general data for resource planning, including available personnel days considering planned absences.
  • Coordination of internal tasks and training for employees.
  • Tracking of deployment and topic wishes of employees in collaboration with the respective line managers.
  • Support in the development and testing of our in-house central data base and analysis tools for deployment planning.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or academic degree.
  • Practical reference to project work is an advantage.
  • Proficient handling of common MS Office products (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking, further language skills desirable.
  • Independent, responsible, and meticulous working style.
  • Conscientiousness, attention to detail, and resilience.
  • Communication and coordination strength, as well as joy in internal customer contact.
