As Global People Operations Strategist, you will spearhead our international People Operations expansion, driving growth and success in new markets. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop and implement country-specific strategies, processes, and compliance frameworks that align with our global culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the international expansion of People Operations, overseeing setup and compliance in new countries
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in each new market, including document templates, payroll setup, and benefits
  • Develop country-specific People Operations strategies, policies, and processes, balancing local laws and regulations with global standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational setup and support with operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional people experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred experience in setting up HR operations from scratch in new countries
  • Proven project management success with ability to prioritize and process multiple tasks
  • Independent, structured, and precise work approach with a high sense of responsibility
  • Hands-on experience with proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Advantageous: experience with other European languages, such as Italian, Spanish, or Dutch

  • Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Flexible working mode: approximately 60% remote, 40% in-office working policy
