At tozero, we're leading the charge in recycling technologies. As an Operations Excellence Strategist, you'll play a vital role in shaping our future.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a background in industrial processes, particularly in hydrometallurgy. Your expertise will be instrumental in scaling chemical processes, setting up plants, and leading cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with our production, supply chain, and D teams to integrate new technologies and processes into our existing workflows, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement industrial processes to optimize production and reduce costs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion and foster a collaborative culture
  • Collaborate with the D team to integrate new technologies and processes into existing workflows
  • Ensure compliance and safety standards are upheld throughout the scaling process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in industrialization or operations within the chemical or manufacturing industries, with a focus on hydrometallurgy
  • Experience in scaling chemical processes from prototype to commercial scale and setting up plants
  • Deep knowledge of industrial processes, particularly in the context of recycling technologies and chemical processes
  • Leadership skills to drive projects to completion and nurture a collaborative team culture
