About the Role

As a Senior Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and executing operations projects for our international and national customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in operations processes and digitalization will be invaluable in helping us drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Your Mission

  • Accompany and lead exciting operations projects on site for our customers Contribute your conceptual know-how to the acquisition of operations projects Think outside the box and work on technical projects in related areas (e.g. strategy, SCM, procurement) Develop and mentor our analysts and junior consultants on the projects

Your Profile

  • Master's degree from a well-known university or higher (MBA or PhD) Minimum 8 years of professional experience in operations management or a related field Deep understanding of operations processes from various companies and industries (especially in Machinery, MedTech and Rail) Expert knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain and Operations Strategy, Manufacturing Footprint, Order Flow Optimization, Product Lifecycle Management and Performance Improvement, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, Lean Management
