Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der unsere Geschäftsentwicklung vorantreibt und unsere Kundenbeziehungen stärkt.
Aufgaben- Strategien und UseCases für die Business Units FTTH, Inhouse, Mobile und Service entwickeln
- Regionale und vertikale Expansionsstrategie sowie Produkt- und Lösungsentwicklungen unterstützen
- Neue Produkte und Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der internen Organisation und externen Partnern einführen und begleiten
- Kundenbeziehungen auf- und ausbauen sowie pflegen
- Marktanforderungen und Trends im Branchenumfeld identifizieren
- (Teil-)Projekte leiten oder aktiv daran mitwirken
- Direkt an die Geschäftsführung berichten und kontinuierliche Marktpräsenz sicherstellen
- Kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen
- Expertise im Bereich Business Development oder Beratungsumfeld sowie gutes technisches Know-how im Bereich FTTH
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Kommunikationslösungen, idealerweise von FTTH, Backbone oder Netzwerken
- Starke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und sicherer und verbindlicher Auftreten
- Outside-the-box-Denken und hohes Engagement sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit Softwareplattformen (z.B. MS Office)
