Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der unsere Geschäftsentwicklung vorantreibt und unsere Kundenbeziehungen stärkt.

Aufgaben
  • Strategien und UseCases für die Business Units FTTH, Inhouse, Mobile und Service entwickeln
  • Regionale und vertikale Expansionsstrategie sowie Produkt- und Lösungsentwicklungen unterstützen
  • Neue Produkte und Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der internen Organisation und externen Partnern einführen und begleiten
  • Kundenbeziehungen auf- und ausbauen sowie pflegen
  • Marktanforderungen und Trends im Branchenumfeld identifizieren
  • (Teil-)Projekte leiten oder aktiv daran mitwirken
  • Direkt an die Geschäftsführung berichten und kontinuierliche Marktpräsenz sicherstellen
Anforderungen
  • Kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen
  • Expertise im Bereich Business Development oder Beratungsumfeld sowie gutes technisches Know-how im Bereich FTTH
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Kommunikationslösungen, idealerweise von FTTH, Backbone oder Netzwerken
  • Starke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und sicherer und verbindlicher Auftreten
  • Outside-the-box-Denken und hohes Engagement sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit Softwareplattformen (z.B. MS Office)
