We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify user needs and pain points through research and analysis
- Develop user personas and user flows to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centric solutions
- Utilize data and insights to inform design discussions and decision-making

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Product Design, Innovation Design, or a related field
- Experience in Service Design or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking tools and methodologies
- A polished portfolio that showcases your work and abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and German
