What You'll Do:
- Drive growth and exceed customer expectations by executing the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory.
- Generate and convert net new and expansion revenue for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.
- Develop and drive business value propositions with customers, becoming a trusted advisor in finance within your cluster.
- Work closely with the team to plan and complete a winning strategy for Oracle EPM, creating pipeline and demand through sales campaigns and events.
- Develop in-depth understanding of industry dynamics and terminology.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant experience (5-10 years) selling business apps (EPM preferably and/or ERP).
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, complex sales cycle and closing skills.
- Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment.
- Team player and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Authorised to work in Germany.
- Fluent in English and German.
