Job Title: Senior Fund Finance Analyst

ING Luxembourg is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Finance Analyst to join our Financial Institutions Group in Luxembourg. As a key member of our Fund Finance team, you will be responsible for structuring and executing fund finance transactions, including subscription finance and portfolio leverage (NAV-based) transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and execute fund finance transactions, including reviewing and analyzing fund documentation, structures, and investment portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including attending client meetings and industry events.
  • Work closely with ING's coverage, financial markets, and other lending teams to coordinate an effective approach to client interaction.
  • Review and negotiate loan documentation, term sheets, and other pitching documents.
  • Collaborate with ING Risk to seek approval for transactions and discuss new deals.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' experience in fund finance, with a proven track record in execution.
  • Strong credit skills and excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Fluent English and French, with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative and common sense.
