Job Title: Senior Fund Corporate Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Corporate Officer to join our team at Abiomis. As a Senior Fund Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for handling the daily corporate life of our clients, including Alternative Investment Funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare board meetings and shareholder meetings, as well as draft legal documentation such as LPAs, SLAs, and articles of incorporation.
  • Publish annual accounts and other corporate modifications as required.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, preferably in a PFS or fiduciary environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, with no need for other languages.
  • Proactive and well-organized individual with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
