We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Team Director in the DACH region. This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for developing sales teams and driving business growth.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Team Director, you will be responsible for establishing and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with corporate objectives. You will collaborate with National and Key Accounts to develop account strategies and work closely with the European Sales Director to drive sales pipeline hygiene.

  • Establish, plan towards, evaluate and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with corporate objectives
  • Collaborate with National and Key Accounts and assist in the development of an account strategy along with the other Sales Team members and the European Sales Director
  • Maintain and foster strong internal relationships with internal groups such as Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Finance, etc.... to facilitate and coordinate the sales team's ability to grow their business and overcome obstacles and objections

You will also lead the Sales team to embrace and drive sales opportunities through the Biamp Sales Process and conduct bi-annual performance appraisals for all sale team members. Additionally, you will develop, support, and deliver both internal and external high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience developing sales in the DACH region and leading and coaching a small team or business unit
  • Experience with complex B2B technical solutions sales, either hardware or software
  • Experience working within distribution and channel sales
  • Proficient in Value Selling and Challenger Sales methodology
  • Strong passion for developing sales team members to expand their skills and realize their full potential as salespeople and ultimately leaders
  • Player-coach mindset implementing a 'hands-on' approach in supporting sales team members in the execution of their sales strategy and overcoming obstacles and objections

Compensation and Benefits:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including car allowance, pension, and health insurance.
